Problem Note 36863: No e-mail notification is sent if sender's email address is not specified
In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, some user-actions trigger e-mail notifications. If the sender's e-mail address is not specified, then an error message should appear to state that the e-mail was not sent. However, no error message appears, even though the e-mail notification was not sent.
